At SASMI, we've got your back... and your feet, too!

Now you can get a pair of USA-made, union-made, work books. Choose your pair of Thorogood or Carolina boots from the SASMI list, up to $275.

What you need to do next.

1. Visit SASMI.org
2. Login to the member portal to apply. (If you have never logged into SASMI before, it's simple to create your New Login. You will need your IA Number (found on your dues reciept), SSN, and your date of birth)
3. Once logged in, select the "Application" tab near the top of your screen.
4. Select "Union Boot Pro", just below the Annual Physical application.
5. Review the 3 questions, check the box, and select apply. 
6. Currenlty, it is taking approximatley 10-14 days to process and approve your application. Once apporved, you will recieve an email from SASMI with the information to use this benefit.

Then, kick your feet up, and let The Union Boot Pros do the rest.

KEY FACTS ABOUT THE WORK BOOTS PROGRAM

• Only SASMI-approved boots are eligible for this program.
• If the boots you select cost more than $275, you’ll pay the difference. If the boots cost less, you owe nothing! (There’s no reimbursement of unused funds.)
• The SASMI-approved boots meet the ASTM International Standards for Safety Footwear.
• Shipping, returns, and exchanges are free. And there’s no sales tax (unless you live in Wisconsin). The Union Boot Pros will handle everything to make sure you’re satisfied.
• Best of all, the work boot benefit will NOT reduce your future SASMI benefits.
